Records dealing with land for Warren County are recorded in the Recorder's Office.  Deed records are very accurate and complete in order to maintain a clear title to land.  The term Grantors refer to a person selling the land and Grantees are the purchasers.  Some of the types of records found in the recorder's office include:  Quit Claim Deed; Deed of Degree; Administrator or Executor Deeds; Warranty Deed; Deed of Gift; Power of Attorney; Deed of Mortgage; Deed of Agreement; Patent Deeds; Indexes; and Abstract Indexes (arranged by street address, parcel number of name).
