From information in the records, the Johnson Funeral Home conducted 1,730 funerals during the period covered by the 7 volumes of records. They were originally located in Loveland, Ohio from April 1912 to November 1914 where they conducted 45 funerals plus shipped and embalmed an additional 15 remains. The first funeral was for 18 year old Ernest Gould who died in Loveland on 1 April 1912.

In 1914, the business was relocated to Milford, Ohio. The funeral for John F. Hill who died in Loveland, Ohio on 11 Nov 1914 is designated as the 1st "Motsinger & Johnson" funeral. The last funeral conducted in Milford was for Dan W. Manning who died at the Cincinnati Infirmary on 27 April 1927.

The first funeral held in Lebanon, Ohio was on 24 October 1931 for Paul Jameson. The last one was held on 22 March 1966 for George A. Coffman.
